External Influences

One thing that catches people off guard is the idea of accumulating fatigue from outside factors. There’s no way to track some things but they should be tracked in some way in TP or on the side to make sure your not overreaching despite CTL or ramp rate being low or stagnant. Some examples are running workouts, non-power but HR and TSS trackable workouts, and all the workouts that create fatigue. There are also the stresses from work or life, for example if I've had long day travelling my workouts can be compromised, so when the next time your workout doesn't go according to plan it maybe be factors outside of your control.
